1. Do you sell original paintings?

Yes, I sell original paintings, but usually within Portugal. If you're in Porto, I can arrange for hand delivery at designated locations. If you are a buyer outside of Portugal, please email me at hello at melindayeoh dot com for shipping options.

2. Do you offer prints?

Yes! My fine art prints are available worldwide, with free shipping.

3. What is the quality of your prints?

My prints are high-quality giclée prints, known for their rich colors, fine details, and archival longevity—offering a gallery-level art experience.

4. How long does shipping take?

Prints are made to order and usually ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within:

  • Portugal & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Other countries: 10–20 business days

6. What type of art do you create?

I paint abstract and semi-abstract works with a bold graphic edge, using striking compositions and refined color palettes to capture ideas, mood and place. My preferred medium is acrylic gouache. 

7. Do you take commissions?

I offer limited commissions for architectural and everyday scenes in my style. Please contact me if you're interested. Fees start from €140.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Original paintings are usually sold within Portugal. If you are a buyer outside of Portugal, please email me for shipping options. Prints are available worldwide with free shipping.

10. Can I visit your studio?

I don’t yet have a public studio, but I share my work online. There are plans to have online exhibitions and also private, invitation-only in-person studio visits. Please sign up for my newsletter and follow me on Instagram for updates on the dates.

11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Prints are made to order, so refunds are only issued for printing defects or shipping damage. Please email photos within 48 hours to hello at melindayeoh dot com.
