Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my work.

Original Paintings

Malaysia

• Flat shipping per order for small original paintings: RM15 within West Malaysia, and RM30 to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.

For larger original paintings, please contact me with the painting you are interested in and your delivery location before ordering. Shipping is quoted individually based on the painting's size, packaging requirements, and destination. If your order includes a larger painting together with small originals, please contact me for a shipping quote for the whole order.

• Estimated delivery: 8–15 days to West Malaysia, 15-20 days to Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan.

International Orders

• International shipping: Please contact me with your delivery country before ordering so I can confirm the shipping cost.

• International delivery typically takes 16–30 days, depending on the destination country. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.

Taxes & Customs Duties

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
