Your art prints are made to order, I'm sorry I'm unable to issue a refund if you change your mind after receiving your order.
Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that there is a defect with the print because of our printer's error, or you received a damaged parcel, please take photos of the damaged print and email me within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make an arrangement for a replacement.
