“Keep spreading that hope.”
— John Cassap, D&O in Fresno
From my personal journey with emotional pain, I know it’s a dangerous downward spiral when one goes through such testing time alone. However, when someone acknowledged my pain and offered kindness to me—it was as if a burst of strength was given to me. And that strength allowed hope to be heard. Some of us slap on a tiny band-aid (plaster) on a big, gaping wound, and tried to function in life; thinking no one would care or understand. We don't have to journey alone. Click To Tweet
It is for that reason I created this website and newsletter—for it to be a safe space for anyone to read articles and find resources that’ll help them to rest, find hope, be encouraged, gain perspective and walk toward a joyful life.
I’m convinced that when we have hope and can live with joy in the ups and downs of life—we can boomerang kindness to people around us.
