Know who you are | poem

Know who you are, a poem

Know who you are

Never get swayed by the world
But if you do
you’ll find Me
waiting for you
where you’ve
left Me
in search of yourself
—when all you’ve been
searching for
was given to you
when I called
you—MY BELOVED CHILD.

Within the noise of the world, came a whisper…know who you are.
An invitation to come home.

Ponder…
What are the things, if any, that you are swayed by? That distracted you from who you truly are?
In the quiet part of your soul, are you—filled? Or are you—a dry shell?
Perhaps this is an invitation to come home.
