My creation. Quinoa, couscous with sautéed mixed veg and cushiony soft mushrooms.

Forgo a social dinner for a quiet night at home.

Low fat, high protein, moderate carbs, no meat. 100% taste. Quite a looker too. 😛

Just cook any veg you like, taste good when sautéed with onion and garlic.

Instructions to cook couscous can be found on the packaging that came with it.

Instructions to cook quinoa:
1 part quinoa to 2 parts water.
Bring to boil.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. (Set a timer and go and do what you need)
After 20 minutes, turn off the fire. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
