Finally nailed the cooking of soft-boiled eggs. Eggs straight from the fridge | Place in room temperature water to cover the eggs about an inch plus | bring to brisk simmer and start timing immediately | control the fire to maintain a brisk simmer for 2 minutes | remove from heat | drain the hot water | soak in normal temperature water. | Worked for me. | I use small to medium sized eggs. #healthyfood #homecooking #recipes #softboiledeggs
