I love it when my meals are efficient.
1. MARINATE: Make the chicken drunk in Chinese wine, lil sugar, black pepper, chicken stock powder. WHILE… Doing 20 minutes Pilates.
2. STEAM: Chicken (add ginger) on one rack, rice on another (1:2 water ratio) for 20 minutes. 25 mins if chicken is gigantic. WHILE… Shower and do facial scrub.
3. EAT.
