Today’s focus is in dissecting and understanding the demographics of our >3000 people from our English congregation.
Segmenting them into groups so that we can communicate differently to the different groups in a way that can relate to them.
Categorising them into one huge group like ‘millennial’ is not helpful to me, the gaps are just too huge and too generalised.
P.s: I also find that I never fail to get sentimental when looking at raw data of names after names. Because behind every name is a person with dreams, hopes and fears.
